Indian Kingpin

On December 12, 2016 we posted a write up titled INDIAN CONNECTION.

We featured the various nefarious activities of the colourful character, one Manjinder “James” Kumar and the unadulterated extortion of the Indian community in Manila.

Sometime after our write up, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte won the Presidential elections on the campaign promise of ending corruption, drugs, and eliminating criminal elements from Philippine society.

Let’s now jump forward from our 2016 write up and take a second look at Manjinder “JamesKumar. We have been receiving reports he has strengthened his contacts within the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the Bureau of Immigration (BI) and has even penetrated the Presidential Anti Corruption Commission (PACC).

Sources within the Indian community relayed to us, the recent activities of James Kumar includes calling the religious centers of the Indian communities throughout the Philippines (not limited to Metro Manila) telling the various leaders non other than President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and Commissioner Jaime Morente of the BI require each Indian national in the Philippines to contribute 10,000 Philippine Pesos each, or they will have immigration problems in the near future. Needless to say the money should be remitted to, guess who; James Kumar. Our research shows there is approximately 500,000 Indian nationals in the country, so the collection would amount to a whopping 500,000,000.00 Philippine Pesos.

To indicate the influence of James Kumar into the world of Philippine law enforcement, we show a picture of same being accepted into BATCH 32-5 of non other than the NBI.

We sadly are now left doubting the sincerity of the President’s anti corruption campaign and in our humble opinion BATCH 32-5 bring into serious question the integrity of not only NBI Director Atty. Dante Gierran CPA but the entire NBI establishment.

MANJINDER “JAMES” KUMAR

From being charged with serious offences in 2016, to roaming freely the hallways of Law Enforcement establishments and we are told even the hallowed halls of Malacañang Palace in 2019.
